• Quality Innovator Award - From the state’s quality improvement organization, the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care.
• AASM Sleep Lab Accreditation - The Sleep Disorders Center was granted a full program accreditaiton by the AASM. The prestigious organization’s accreditation is the gold standard by which the medical community and public evaluates sleep medicine services. 
• Senior Center Best Practice Award - St. Joseph’s McAuley Center received this award for an innovative model that includes an on-site Express Care Clinic
• IHI Mentor Hospital - Named by the Institute for Healthcare Improvement, the recognized healthcare quality benchmark organization, along with Arkansas Children’s Hospital, the only two facilities in the state
• Arkansas Governor’s Work-Life Balance Award - Three-time consecutive winner of the large-company Gold Award in 2006, 2007 & 2008.
• Recipient of 2007 Rural Health Outreach Grant from MulitPlan, a PPO network, to improve mammogram outreach services.
• Mercy Cancer Center - The Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons awarded the Mercy Cancer Center a three-year Comprehensive Community Cancer Program recertification with commendation.
